That was a late, slow one tonight: my left calf kept nipping up a bit every so often (and my other excuse is I’d walked 3½km to work in the morning)
Decided that as I didn’t walk to work, I’d start extending the run home; this time it’s 6½km.
Weighed in at 88.3kg.
Decided to brave the weather and go out for another run with Alison. This is like the 5km route but tagged onto the mid-section was a quick extra bit through the park.
My second run-commute this week. Software upgrade on the fenix 3 meant no vibrating alerts each km so tricky to track progress even though it’s the same route as usual.
Also, my weight has dropped 2kg in 4 days which is good news!
Back to the walk to work/run-commute home again for 2016, despite gaining ½ stone last month! Lots of new runners around tonight too starting as they mean to go on?
The last run before I break for Christmas, but my calf muscle pulled at around 1km in. I thought that was a thing of the past…
Walked to work and ran home (if you can call it that). Really shattered after last week’s gigs and dinners.
Walked to work this morning but didn’t stop for any lunch so it was a bit tougher than normal tonight; hence slower. Ah well. Better try harder next week!
