First weigh-in of 2019 and it’s a doozy: 93.4kg, up 1.6kg (3.5lbs) since October. To be fair, that’s usual for me as Christmas is a time of overdoing it every bloody year!
Weight
Weight has increased by ½lb since Wednesday, but then I’d just eaten dinner and been out for two other Dinners since then.
Weighed myself this morning and I’ve gained 5lb since Christmas, despite starting to eat more vegetarian food (cheeky Nando’s on Friday notwithstanding…).
I now need to knuckle down for the Milton Keynes Half Marathon at the start of May: only 5 weeks away!
Not a good year at all: lots of injuries and illnesses plus work getting in the way.
Over the course of the year, that showed by a weight gain of 2.6kg/5.7lbs.
I cycled 119km in May, June and August rather than trying to cycle regularly at the weekends.
My running was limited to just 121km and May’s total came purely from just the MK Half-Marathon.
Walking to and from work with the occasional weekend wandering led to a total of 666km, which wasn’t really “Beasting” it…
Must. Try. Harder.
Well it appears that the last time I weighed myself was November 3rd. So having massively overdone it this Christmas – three, yes, three, Christmas Dinners – I’ve only gained 2½lbs.
Still, that sets my benchmark for 2018 and gives me a goal of losing 7-10kg by the summer. No pressure…
Just a quickie tonight as we have family coming over. Weight is exactly the same as earlier this week.
Quite warm tonight, so my choice of shirt and jacket – as it was dark and trying to rain – meant it was very warm.
Weight is up a massive 3oz from Monday 🙂
Very windy this even thanks to ex-Hurricane Ophelia. Weight is up 1.4lbs since Thursday, but then I did weigh myself after dinner…
Long day and still quite tired. Weight is up 10oz…
After working out earlier in the week, this was my first run since coming back from Fuerteventura. Dididn’t feel too bad, but lots of – ahem! – “interval traing”, shall we say 🙂
Weight is down 3.3lbs since Monday … which is nice.
