My second run-commute this week. Software upgrade on the fenix 3 meant no vibrating alerts each km so tricky to track progress even though it’s the same route as usual.
Also, my weight has dropped 2kg in 4 days which is good news!

Just for the sake of it, here are my running stats for 2015 (and indeed from 2012, all in kilometres). Here’s to more mileage in 2016!
2015 includes the Winter Run 10k, the Milton Keynes Half Marathon and the Berlin Marathon.
Then of course there’s my weight: 88.7kg on 3 January 2015 and 90kg on 3 January 2016. Ah… I hit a low of 84.1kg on 26 March 2015, but I gained 3kg in December 2015 alone! Must. Try. Harder.
Back to the walk to work/run-commute home again for 2016, despite gaining ½ stone last month! Lots of new runners around tonight too starting as they mean to go on?
The last run before I break for Christmas, but my calf muscle pulled at around 1km in. I thought that was a thing of the past…
Walked to work and ran home (if you can call it that). Really shattered after last week’s gigs and dinners.
Walked to work this morning but didn’t stop for any lunch so it was a bit tougher than normal tonight; hence slower. Ah well. Better try harder next week!
Running tonight and Wednesday night this week due to lots of gigs and events.
Very windy tonight, but the rain held off until I was nearly home.
Finally back running after working and staying away. This one was hard plus I’ve gained 3lbs from hotel meals and catered lunches at our Client’s offices.
After a couple of treadmill runs, it was good to get back to my run-commute apart from having to stop for tourists…
