My last run/commute before I head off on holiday and quite a sticky one at that.
Quite windy and with the threat of more rain, but a good time tonight.
Testing my new Apple Watch at the same time as another run home after walking to work.
That was a warm one tonight! Despite leaving fairly late on, it was pretty sweaty.
That was hard work: out early, on my feet all day training a Client and a then a run commute in windy conditions.
Warm and windy and the conditions were similar as well…
So I’m back running home from work again. Very warm and relatively slow just in case.
So two days after my half marathon and it’s back to my run-commute (and the last run for a week or so because of an operation).
