Very warm tonight and with very little time before dinner with colleagues, but at least I squeezed a 5k in … without socks, because I forgot to pack them!

My first run since 2017: 10½ weeks or 2½ months plus I know I’ve put on shedloads of weight since the start of the year.
I got a bit lost trying to navigate the junctions and subways near the hotel and it was getting dark, cold and drizzling, so I cut it shorter than planned.
